This privacy policy is a document concerning the protection and processing of personal data in connection with the use of the sales platform.
The B2B sales platform TFO, operated by TelForceOne S.A., with its registered office in Wrocław at 119 Krakowska Street, is directed exclusively to contractors who conduct business activities registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business, legal entities registered in the National Court Register, as well as foreign legal entities registered in accordance with the generally applicable law, and who are also registered Contractors of TelForceOne S.A.
§1 Data Collected During Registration
Making purchases on the sales platform available at https://sklep.telforceone.pl requires going through the registration procedure, during which it is necessary to provide the personal data indicated below.
During the first stage, you will be asked to provide an email address and a password, which will serve as your identifier on the sales platform. The other mandatory data required to complete the first stage of registration will be:
- company name;
- phone number;
- Tax Identification Number.
We will also ask you to give us your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of:
- registration of a newly created account (mandatory consent);
- delivery of commercial offers and provision of marketing services (optional consent);
- provision of services by electronic means (optional consent).
After completing the first stage, an activation link will be sent to the email address provided by you, allowing you to complete the full registration process.
To be able to make transactions and thus fully activate your account, it will be necessary to provide the following information in the second stage of registration:
- information about your company;
- contact details for your future sales representative;
- your company's dominant industry.
To complete the registration, a scan of the following company documents in jpg or pdf format will also be required:
- CRN;
- TIN;
- entry in CEIDG (individuals);
- entry in the National Court Register (legal entities).
§2 Data Collected Automatically
The B2B sales platform TFO uses the following tools:
- Google Analytics - used for monitoring and analyzing website traffic. During your visit to the website, data such as browser type, operating system type, etc., will be automatically collected. The site also uses Google Analytics interest reports and demographic data.
- Google AdWords - used for conducting online campaigns in the search network and the advertising network, utilizing targeting and remarketing mechanisms for advertising messages. Users of the service have the option to opt out of Google AdWords for display ads and adjust ads in the Google advertising network using Ad Settings. Data derived from Google based on interests or third-party audience data (e.g., age, gender, and interests) are used to better tailor advertising messages.
- UserEngage - a Revenue Performance Management system used to collect and process data to personalize commercial and marketing content (newsletter, pop-up, web-push communication).
- Inspectlet - creating user session previews on the site to study user behavior, UX of the site, and its optimization.
§3 Use of Personal Data
All personal data collected during the registration procedure and user account activation will be used solely to enable you to log in to our system and to make a purchase transaction and send the goods.
The data is appropriately secured against destruction or damage, disclosure to unauthorized persons, unauthorized access, and processing in violation of generally applicable laws.
§4 Information on Personal Data Processing
To fulfill the information obligation imposed on every Data Controller by Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and by the Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000), we inform you of the following.

Processing Purposes
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data for the purpose of:
- conclusion and performance of the contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation;
- fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the Data Controller, including those resulting from tax law or accounting regulations, under Article 6(1)(c) of the Regulation;
- customer service quality research and for analytical and statistical purposes - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation);
- receiving commercial information, marketing offers, including information on discounts and promotions, under Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, if consent has been given;
- for possible consideration of complaints, determination, and pursuit of claims, and protection against claims - the legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Data Controller (Article 6(1)(b), (c), and (f) of the Regulation).
Processing Time
Your personal data will be processed for the time necessary to fulfill the contract, extended by the limitation period of claims, if such processing is necessary for the execution or protection against claims, and for the time during which the Data Controller is obliged to store them under the applicable law.
In case of consent to processing, the data will be processed until the consent is withdrawn or the account on the online store platform is deleted. Withdrawal of consent is possible at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal.
Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, access such data, and request their rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, transfer of data to another Data Controller, and the right to object to the processing of data without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe that the processing of data by the Data Controller is contrary to the Regulation.
Data Recipients
The Data Controller provides your personal data only to entities that provide services necessary for the performance of the contract, such as IT system providers, entities involved in technical preparation, order fulfillment, accounting services, invoicing and contract settlement, legal services and debt collection services, postal operators, couriers, banks during payment processing, and entities authorized to obtain personal data under applicable law. In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the minimum required. Additionally, the information you provide may be disclosed to the appropriate public authorities if required by applicable law.
Obligation and Consequences of Not Providing Data
If the processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation, providing personal data is a condition for concluding and performing the contract, and you are not obliged to provide personal data. However, the consequence of refusing to process your personal data by the Data Controller will be the inability to conclude the contract.
If the processing is based on Article 6(1)(a) of the Regulation, i.e., based on consent to processing, then the lack of consent will mean the inability to process and will result in the deletion of your personal data from our databases.
Profiling
Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner, including profiling, which will result in the ability to identify purchasing preferences. The user profiling mechanism works based on the search history, visited pages, purchases made, or products added to the cart on the B2B TFO platform.
§5 Changing Personal Data
For transaction security, making changes to basic company data requires contacting the sales consultant assigned to each client. Additionally, in the case of such changes, you may be asked to resend the updated registration documents.
You can change the shipping address data yourself on the website after logging in and navigating to the "My Account > Company Data" tab.
§6 Storage of Personal Data
Data is stored in accordance with the security requirements specified in the data protection regulations and is secured against unauthorized access by third parties.
§7 Use of Cookies
"Cookies" are information stored by the Data Controller's server in the user's computer memory, which the Data Controller's server can read each time it connects to the user's computer.
Two main types of cookies are used within the Service: "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies. "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's end device until they log out, leave the website, or disable the software (web browser). "Persistent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for a period specified in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
