In order to simplify the mutual cooperation and for the quality of products delivered to you, we use the complaint procedure which allows the evaluation of reported defects and their elimination in the future.
Please read the complaints process regulations. Product defects that are revealed within the warranty period are removed free of charge. Repairs and exchanges are made within 14 working days (if you follow the RMA procedure) or 40 working days ( in other cases) from the acceptance of damaged or faulty goods.

Order realization complaints that are reported to TelForceOne S.A are dealt with in accordance with the procedures for handling incompatibilities. In order to shorten the processing of such cases, please read carefully the procedures for handling incompatibilities and detailed complaints procedure concerning consumable supplies.
In case of incompatibility or defects, please fill out a complaint application placed on our website. The form is located in the bookmark MY ACCOUNT-> COMPLAINTS. Complaints can also be placed by sending completed Complaint Form on firstname.lastname@example.org.

Within the two days from sending a protocol to us, you will get a confirmation of acceptance and its number. Please send the mail with this number on the address:
NOTE: Complaint application, except the dammaged or faulty article should include a description of the defect, information about the purchase and a receipt.
