Imbuia
Imbuia (Ocotea porosa) – one of the most interesting types of exotic wood, also known as Brazilian walnut.
Imbuia grows in the subtropical forests of southern Brazil, reaching heights of up to 35 meters. It is characterized by beautiful purple flowers and
an original shape – sometimes two trees intertwine with their branches. Imbuia wood stands out for its excellent technical parameters:
high hardness, stability, durability, and moisture resistance.
The color of imbuia ranges from beige, yellow, and green, through browns and reds, to deep black.
The specific, intricate grain makes each piece unique.
